Welcome to Impressive Prints. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products & Services

Impressive Prints provides:

  • DTF gang sheet printing

  • DTF upload / single print services

  • Custom apparel and printing services

All products are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded artwork is:

  • Correct size and layout

  • High resolution (minimum 300 DPI recommended)

  • Suitable for print

  • Free of spelling, design, or layout errors

By uploading artwork, you confirm you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. Impressive Prints is not responsible for copyright infringements resulting from customer-supplied files.

Print Results

Due to the nature of printing:

  • Minor colour variations may occur between screen and print

  • Results may vary depending on garment material, heat press settings, and application method

These variations do not constitute a fault.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before production begins. Prices may change without notice.

Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No refunds are offered on custom DTF prints, gang sheets, or apparel once production has started

  • Refunds or reprints may be considered only in cases of printing defects caused by us and supported with clear photos

Customer-supplied artwork errors are not eligible for refunds.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Impressive Prints is not liable for:

  • Incorrect prints due to customer artwork errors

  • Application errors during pressing

  • Indirect or consequential losses related to use of our products
