Shipping & Delivery Policy 

Impressive Prints operates from Auckland, New Zealand, and ships NZ-wide using NZ Post. 

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. 

1. Shipping Locations 

We ship to all New Zealand addresses, including rural delivery. 

We do not currently ship internationally. 

2. Shipping Provider 

All orders are shipped using NZ Post. 

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. 

3. Production vs Shipping Time 

Please note: 

Production time and shipping time are separate 

All items are custom-made to order 

Production Time 

Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on current workload and demand. 

Impressive Prints operates as an on-demand business. 

Garment blanks are ordered per job and are not held in stock. 

DTF transfers typically have a 1–2 business day turnaround, depending on demand. 

Shipping Time (NZ Post estimates) 

Once dispatched: 

Urban addresses: usually 1–3 business days 

Rural addresses: may take longer 

These timeframes are estimates provided by NZ Post and are outside our control. 

4. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of quoting. 

Rural delivery fees may apply where applicable. 

5. Dispatch & Tracking 

Orders are dispatched once production is complete. 

Tracking information will be provided where available. 

Impressive Prints is not responsible for delays caused by NZ Post, weather conditions, or events outside our control. 

6. Incorrect Shipping Details 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 

Impressive Prints is not responsible for: 

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses 

Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error 

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be resent. 

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels 

Once an order has been handed over to NZ Post, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. 

If a parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist where possible by lodging an enquiry with NZ Post. 

Impressive Prints is not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched. 

8. Order Collection (If Applicable) 

If local pickup is offered, customers will be notified once their order is ready. Collection details will be arranged directly.
