Application Instructions
1. Pre-press the garment
Press the blank garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2. Position the transfer
Place the DTF transfer print side down onto the garment in the desired position.
3. Press
Place a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over the transfer so it sits between the print and the heat press platen.
Press at 140–150°C for 10–15 seconds using medium to firm pressure.
4. Peel the film
Our transfers support both instant (hot) peel and cold peel.
You may peel immediately while warm, or allow the transfer to cool before peeling.
Both methods are suitable — choose the method you prefer.
Peel smoothly and evenly.
5. Final press (recommended – canvas hack)
For best durability and finish, place a canvas sheet over the print and press again for 10-15 seconds.
Using canvas instead of Teflon for the final press:
-
Improves durability
-
Helps remove excess adhesive
-
Creates a smoother, cleaner finish
This step is highly recommended for professional results.
